In early December, Lodz University of Technology (TUL) hosted the first edition of the ECIU Student Leadership Development Programme, welcoming 42 Student Ambassadors from ECIU member universities across Europe. Over five intensive days, students representing diverse cultural and academic backgrounds came together to learn, collaborate, and strengthen the student voice within the ECIU University.

The programme combined interactive workshops, team-based project work, and integration activities focused on developing key future-oriented competencies such as leadership, communication, public speaking, and intercultural collaboration. Guided by experienced facilitators from across the ECIU network and beyond, participants explored how student-led initiatives can actively contribute to shaping the ECIU University community.
Beyond the training sessions, the week also offered space for building connections and exchanging experiences, reinforcing the strong sense of community among ECIU Student Ambassadors.
