Exciting opportunity for students to participate and add your voice to the future development of the European Union! The European Student Assembly (ESA) is a grassroots project that gathers each year more than 230 students from most European University Alliances (EUA) to debate current issues, draft political recommendations for the future of Europe and advocate them among stakeholders and decision-makers. Over January-April, 2024, you work together with groups in online sessions, culminating in a 3-day in-person event at the European Parliament in Strasbourg, France where you will discuss and finalise your policy recommendations with members of their panel.
Applications are open to students from all nationalities, fields and levels of study as long as they are registered in an ECIU partner institution. All students can apply here until 5 November 2023. Information about ECIU's participation in ESA23 can be found here. All costs (travel and accommodation) will be covered.
More detailed information can be found in the recorded info session: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=umq4BplcqKk and at a follow-up info session on 30 October 2023 at 6:30 PM CET at the ESA website or directly here.
Remember that you will represent not only Lodz University of Technology but first of all the European Consortium of Innovative Universities ECIU. In case of any questions contact Ryan Wakamiya, ECIU Student Engagement Lead who will coordinate all the students from ECIU University.
