Lodz University of Technology will host the ECIU Board in September. This important event will bring together representatives of 12 European universities and 1 from Mexico involved in joint activities for innovative education, scientific research and solving global social challenges.

Latest ECIU statistics: over the past two academic years, our students have completed nearly 700 modules and visited partner university campuses in Europe more than 120 times!

On June 10–11, 2025, the picturesque city of Trento, Italy, became the meeting point for over 200 participants from 13 countries during this year’s ECIU University Forum, hosted by Università di Trento. It brought together students, researchers, teachers, administrative staff, and external stakeholders to exchange ideas and shape the future of European education and research.

We would like to encourage all TUL staff members and students who have benefitted from our membership in the ECIU to fill out a quick survey which will help us identify directions for further development of the alliance in years 2026-2028. ECIU Research Labs is an opportunity to start new collaborations and develop new ideas and research projects with other ECIU researchers in the fields of Energy&Sustainability and Transport&Mobility.

Grant proposal submitted by TUL's International Cooperation Centre in the "Support of European Universities" competition was successful! We received funding from the National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) to carry out a 2-year-long project which will strengthen TUL's position in the ECIU alliance.

On 15th November, TUL is going to host a Summary Conference of the ECIU4Ukraine vol. 2 project which has been delivered in cooperation with the ECIU.
